Hello World

Hello world…I’m in a mess
Got a feeling…deep in my chest
There’s a jangle
In my bones

It says Hold on brother
You are in for a storm!
You’re born to be here
But you were not warned…

Hello world…something is wrong
I’ve never seen such a baffling dawn
A silver shiver
A broken gong

Is flashing through me
And it’s thundering home
A desperate message
But I could be wrong…

Bear this beating
But my God!
You’ve got to free me please…

What is the world
What is the world
What is the world

Hello world…maybe that’s fine
After all I’m just doing my time
On a planet
I never made

So full of fakers
And their miserable games
I’ll navigate it
But am I to blame?
