The way
through the world
is to walk!

So often
what saves us
is loving kindness

Calmly
pecking
away…

*

Mind as
an organic
prism

A cat’s sudden
instinctual aversion
to catnip

It’s doomed—
but you have to
do it anyway...

*

His blues
a passionate
prayer

Loneliness
like
rocket fuel

The sting
of a kiss
I see

*

They’ve
priced life
too high

The very thing
that exhilarates you
makes you unhappy

Sex is Jesus
compared to
God

*

Events
that temper
my fantasies

Silence
nurtures
music

You don’t
have to finish
your coffee

*

Every one’s
enlightened
by something

Before ordering
I imagine the eyes of a fish
and opt for vegetables

There’s a place in heaven for you.
You’ve been there before.
You’ll be there again.
